What is a great diet to loose weight... anyone know any weekly recipes or advice what to eat 4 a healthy diet? - healthy diet recipes

I have suggestions that have used other and find recipes healthy eating and much more .... I tried Google search, but there are thousands of people through research and would like some recipes, first hand, that real people who have tried and it works ... any suggestion to that?

I also plan to go swimming and do a lot of bike for physical activities, and sometimes also known as the horse going to the gym.

If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can lose weight, try to develop a plan for the first week!

Day 1:

Eat the soup with melon and water melon for your main source of food all day support. Drink a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before bed.
